Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across Canada except for Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Most major cities and nearby communities are covered. Remote or hard-to-access locations may require an additional fee — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

How Shipping Costs Work

To keep things simple, we are moving toward including basic shipping costs in our product pricing (instead of charging at checkout). If the shipping cost to your location is higher than average (remote areas), we will contact you with options:

  • Pick up from the nearest carrier terminal
  • Pay the additional surcharge for home delivery
  • Cancel your order for a full refund

Delivery Options

🟢 Standard Delivery (Curbside / Driveway Drop-Off)

Included with most orders. The delivery company drops your order at your driveway or curbside. You are responsible for bringing items inside, assembly, and disposing of packaging. Smaller items may be shipped by Purolator/UPS and delivered to your door without a call-ahead.

🚚 Local Delivery — Saskatoon & Area

Available for customers in Saskatoon and nearby areas.

  • If setup/assembly was paid for: A delivery time will be scheduled with you in advance.
  • If no setup was purchased: Delivery will be curbside. A courier/driver will drop off the item and you are responsible for moving it inside.

🛠 Setup & Assembly (Local Only)

Available in Saskatoon and surrounding areas only. Our team delivers your furniture, places it in your room of choice, and assembles it. We do not mount items to walls, move existing furniture, or handle electrical connections. Please have the space ready before delivery.

You can pick up your order from our showroom/warehouse:

We will contact you when your order is ready. Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation.

Hold Policy

Once your order is ready for pickup or delivery, we can hold it for up to 3 days. After that, storage fees may apply or the order may be returned to the warehouse. Returned or abandoned orders will follow our return policy.

Delivery Timing

Estimated transit to most major Canadian cities is 2–21 business days.

Remote locations, weather delays, or freight company scheduling may add time. We will provide tracking when available.

Do I Need to Be Home?

Yes, someone must be available to receive and sign for larger furniture deliveries during normal delivery hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM). If delivery is missed, carriers may charge a redelivery fee.

Remote Locations

If your address is considered remote by our carrier (rural roads, ferry access only, long-distance routes, etc.), additional delivery fees may apply. These are set by the carrier and are non-negotiable. We will always contact you first before shipping if this applies.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is visible damage, take photos and let the driver know before they leave. Email photos and details to sales@hampsonandcofurniture.com within 24–48 hours so we can assist with replacements or parts.
